Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage offers deep relaxation, and boosts your general health and well-being by stimulating your body’s self-healing capacity.

You lie on a futon, dressed in comfortable clothes, while I massage and stretch you in a series of (yoga-like) positions. At a calm and soothing pace, I apply gentle but firm pressure to your muscles, connective tissue and energy lines with my hands, feet, elbows or knees. This works deeply relaxing, both mentally and physically. Tight places in the body soften, nervous tension can release, flexibility is improved and chronic pain can diminish.

Thai massage has a reputation for being tough and even painful. I will, however, in communication with you, adapt the massage to your wishes and possibilities.
